This older motel is very well maintained and located just a couple of blocks off of Carmel's Ocean Ave. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff was really friendly, helped us find a restaurant at 11PM and was a really good one. They gave as a much appreciated gift for our honeymoon! Everything about the bed was comfortable, clean and nice! The parking included is a plus and the location was just perfect!

Great location to the main area of Carmel by the Sea and the beaches. Staff is very friendly. They have fresh baked cookies at check in and checkout. They were very helpful mailing me my AirPods when I accidentally left it in the room. Highly recommend for a quick visit

This is a hidden gem. The inn really doesn't look like much from the outside, but when we opened the door to our room, my jaw dropped. It's easily the most beautiful hotel room we've ever seen in terms of the decor. Very elegant. The furnishings are a step above what you expect from a hotel room, which are usually pretty generic. The bed is like climbing into a cloud - very upscale bedding and just super-comfy. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and to the beach. The staff is wonderful, and there are fresh baked complimentary cookies in the lobby every day, along with a nice firepit where we sat in the evenings with a glass of wine.
